Estonia: Suure-Jaani Noortekeskus
The
organization is founded in 2006 in Estonia. That is public
organization. The mission is to create an environment for local youth
where to raise awareness about mobility and non-formal educational
activities. There was organized a wide variety of leisure time
activities for kids and youngsters – summer camps, weekend meetings,
trainings, cultural events etc. It develops projects in development of
local and international youth work, social inclusion and improvement of
healthy life. Target group is young people aged 7 – 30, irrespective of
race, religion, political opinions and physical challenges.
One
of the directions is promotion an entrepreneurship and active
citizenship among young people. Every year Youth center organizes a week
with final event „Idea night”, when all youngsters can suggest their
ideas for better future in community.
